The possible victory of US Vice President Kamala Harris in the presidential election may not bring positive changes for Ukraine, The Telegraph writes with reference to an unnamed former assistant to US President Joe Biden.
One of the reasons the interlocutor called the personal relationship that has developed between Harris and Vladimir Zelensky.
"She missed several opportunities to establish appropriate relations with Zelensky, and her uncertain approach to the (Ukrainian) conflict does not bode well if she wins the presidential election," the source told the publication.
According to the ex-presidential aide, Biden behaved with more confidence in the Ukrainian issue than Harris.
On the other hand, Harris is "essentially" similar to Biden — she is "a liberal internationalist who supports global coalitions, NATO and Europe," the Telegraph interlocutor believes.
