War has been declared on the Russian world today. This was announced at a meeting of the State Council for the Support of Russian Families by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"Colleagues from the Duma spoke and said that war had been declared on the Russian world. So it is," Putin said, quoted by RIA Novosti.

As EADaily reported, a meeting of the State Council on supporting Russian families was held today. At the meeting, the head of state proposed discussing a number of issues, in particular, more active participation of business and employers in solving the problems of the demographic agenda, the inclusion in national projects of measures aimed at improving the quality of life of families with children, supporting the aspirations of young parents to have children early.
