Belarusian oil refineries continue to operate steadily due to the created reserves of hydrocarbon raw materials. This was announced on December 20 by the Belneftekhim concern, commenting on the information about the suspension of oil supplies via the Druzhba oil pipeline.
"Oil supplies have indeed been suspended. Sufficient reserves have been created in the country for the uninterrupted operation of the refinery, both plants continue their stable operation, ensuring the shipment of petroleum products in full both to the domestic market and for export," the Belneftekhim concern said.
Recall that Belarus is almost completely dependent on oil supplies from Russia. Earlier, Reuters previously reported that oil pumping through the Druzhba pipeline has been suspended since December 19 due to technical problems.
