A farmer from the USA, Justas Walker, who lives in the Altai Territory, received a notification from the migration service about the cancellation of his residence permit. The man told about this in a video on social networks.

Walker came to Russia in 1994 and has been living in the Altai Territory since 2016. Now he and his family can be deported from Russia.

"They called and said, it's incomprehensible even to the mind, I can't believe that my family is being expelled from the country. It's just a shock for us," the farmer shared.

On the morning of August 10, he plans to go to the local branch of the Federal Migration Service (Federal Migration Service Administration) in the hope of getting more detailed information.

"We do not want to leave the Russia... we want to live here, continue to build, continue to invest," he laments.

Walker stressed that he was exploring the possibility of appealing the decision of the FMS.

Walker moved to the Krasnoyarsk Territory at the age of 12 with his parents, who later returned to the United States, and he stayed to live in Russia. In 2016, he moved to the Altai Territory, where he lives with his wife and three children. He is trying to develop dairy farming, as well as conduct business in the field of eco-tourism.

Walker became widely known after the news story of the Rossiya-1 TV channel with his participation in 2014. The phrase he uttered in a conversation with a journalist became a meme: "It won't be, your Italian cheese."
