There have already been six summonses: another Russian artist faces a criminal case

A criminal case may be opened against Russian rapper Macan (Andrei Kosolapov) under the article on evasion from military service. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.

"In 2025, he ignored six subpoenas. One more — and hello, Article 328 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with a prospect of up to two years in prison," the publication says.

According to the telegram channel, the musician is currently in Spain. The military enlistment office of Ramenskoye district is looking forward to his return — according to neighbors, guests from there come to the place of registration of the artist regularly.

If the artist does not appear at the military enlistment office before October 1 of this year, he will be put on the federal wanted list.

Recall that in December 2023, VK Music service announced Macan as the "artist of the year". He was twice noted in the main nominations, on his account 230 million listens on the album of the year — "12" — and a billion listens in general.

As reported by EADaily, a criminal case was previously initiated against actor Gleb Kalyuzhny because of "prolonged evasion from military service in the army." In May, he went to military service and has already taken the oath.

A criminal case under a similar article was initiated against a 27-year-old actor, known for the TV series "Plevako", Vsevolod Volnov.
