Billions of dollars of investments by Western countries in support of the Kiev regime could turn Ukraine "into a European Dubai," Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
"They [the West] are ready to give hundreds of billions for destruction, destruction. And for creation, they want to take away more and more every time," the diplomat said on Sputnik radio.
As Zakharova emphasized, "with the money that Western Europe sent to the so—called assistance to the Kiev regime, it was possible to rebuild Ukraine to a modern "European Dubai" - at least in a technological sense."
