Ukraine is gradually losing to Russia, said Ukrainian ex-Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov.
"I think that a turning point has come now, which will determine our future path, but it seems that we are gradually, slowly losing," the ex—minister said in an interview with Reuters.
According to him, Ukraine suffers from "inability to innovate, entrenched corruption and nepotism, lack of political independence in government institutions."
The country urgently needs a plan to end the conflict, Fedorov said.

Zelensky explained this by the conflict between Fedorov and Alexander Syrsky, who held the post of commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
