"The Ukrainian side is aware of some aspects and issues that were discussed today in Moscow at non-public talks during several short conversations between the American side and Russian officials. We are talking about an important operation, the preparation for which took place for some time in silence. Its results may be of significant importance for further processes," the publication says.
No details about the operation itself and its possible results have yet been disclosed.
