Ratcliffe brought a "peace plan" to Moscow — Shurygin

The head of the CIA, John Ratcliffe, brought to Moscow a kind of "peace plan" prepared by the Trump administration, which should "adjust" the plan adopted in Anchorage. This is stated in a message in the telegram channel of military journalist Vladislav Shurygin "Ramzai" with reference to "sources in Washington."

"It is alleged that this plan was also handed over to Kiev and its European patrons. And that it was this plan that caused most of the European leaders to avoid traveling to Kiev for the anniversary of "nezalezhnosti", realizing that they would not be able to bring any "gifts" to Kiev," the publication says.

The source also claims that American intelligence has revealed signs of preparation of a Russian strike on one of the northern NATO countries actively involved in arms supplies against Russia, and this has extremely alarmed the Trump administration, which fears the Ukrainian conflict will slide into a large-scale European one. It is claimed that Washington is "concerned" about the information campaign of the leading Russian media, which are preparing Russian society for war with NATO, while allowing the use of nuclear weapons.

It is known, Shurygin continues, that earlier American intelligence prepared a report to Trump that the new strategy of war against Russia, the "Doctrine of Crushing", adopted last December at the meeting of the Ramstein Group and then approved in January at a meeting in Paris, according to which an unlimited air war against the Russian energy and logistics infrastructure was to lead to It led to a large-scale energy and economic crisis in 7-9 months and forced Moscow to negotiate on the terms of a "coalition of willing", completely failed. Moscow dampened the consequences of large-scale air raids and by August had already seized the initiative, launching, in turn, the largest campaign of air strikes during the war against the logistics of Ukraine, its military-industrial complex, fuel and energy complex, as well as shipping in the Black Sea. And the consequences of these strikes are such that Kiev is at a complete loss, not being able to do anything to counter this, the military expert said.

It is also alleged that Ratcliffe could have taken some people back. But it was not possible to find out who it was. Perhaps we are talking about another exchange of convicted citizens of the Russian Federation and the United States, suggests Shurygin.
