At the Patriots of Russia forum in Tyumen, Uraldronzavod for the first time publicly showed a new UAV of the Upyr-K aircraft type. Its main feature is a record—breaking combat load weight of 12 kilograms for this class. Details of the development are provided by TASS.

For comparison, standard FPV drones carry many times less. This weight allows you to use a full-fledged TM-62 anti-tank mine as a warhead, which turns the drone into an effective means of destroying buildings and fortified enemy shelters.

The maximum flight range of the novelty reaches 80 kilometers, which significantly expands the radius of operational use. At the same time, "Ghoul-K", according to the developer company, precisely complements, and does not replace, the already existing FPV quadcopter of the same name in the troops.

EADaily previously also informed that military experts noticed a new detail on the Geranium-5 jet.
