The corresponding video was posted on his telegram channel by the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"Belgorod! It was the third year of the war… Food delivery. Safety first of all!" — the governor comments on the picture of the day.

As EADaily reported, concrete shelters began to be installed in Belgorod. This is reported by the Blatgorod telegram channel.

"So far, only the light has been put into the shelter near the Belgorod department store. Vyacheslav Gladkov also promised to post reference information on first aid there," TK wrote.
