Lavrov: Trump wants to remove Lukoil and Rosneft from the world market

The United States is trying to remove Russian oil and gas companies from world markets, including Africa and the Balkan Peninsula, and wants to take over all the cooperation that Rosneft has established with Venezuela. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in an interview with RT India.

"You mentioned PJSC Lukoil and GC"Rosneft“, and the goal (it is not hidden) — remove these companies from all international business. "If you look at other parts of the world, I mentioned Venezuela, with which I cooperated GC "Rosneft“. Now the Americans want to take this cooperation for themselves. It is unlikely that this will be an equal cooperation," the Russian minister added.

As Lavrov stressed, the United States has adopted a whole series of doctrinal documents, one of which proclaims the need for the United States to dominate global energy markets.
