The State Duma offered Poland to return the territories liberated by the Red Army

Poland should be consistent in its Russophobia, and therefore it should abandon the territories from Stettin to Danzig, which were liberated by the Red Army during World War II.

This opinion was expressed to the agency NEWS.ru member of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrei Kolesnik. Thus, he commented on the harsh statements of Polish President Karol Navrotsky addressed to the Russians.

The deputy pointed out the fact that the rhetoric of the Polish leadership contradicts the historical memory of the losses suffered by Soviet soldiers during the liberation of this state from the German occupation.

"Karol Navrotsky is just a fool. He kind of started fine, he had pretty decent statements. But a Pole is a Pole. If they don't like the "Muscovites" so much, they could return the territory from Stettin to Danzig, which the Red Army won back for them with great losses and which they took without batting an eye," said Kolesnik.

He recalled that about 600 thousand Soviet soldiers died during the liberation of Poland. But this does not prevent official Warsaw from broadcasting constant hatred of Russia.

"Of course, there are decent people there, but they rarely get into power. What has Catholic Poland come to? People take care of our monuments on the sly, in a partisan way, so that the authorities do not find out and do not punish them," the parliamentarian said.

Earlier, EADaily reported that in the Ukrainian conflict, Polish President Karol Nawrocki is trying to take an advantageous position for Brussels, and therefore advocates supporting the Kiev regime in the fight against Russia.
