US President Donald Trump is less and less ready to wait for steps from Moscow to end the Ukrainian conflict, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said.
"The time has come to act, and I think the president has made that very clear. He is losing patience and is less and less ready to continue waiting for the Russian side to take any steps to end this war," Rubio said in an interview with US President Lara Trump's daughter-in—law on Fox News.
