"Another American family has chosen our country for relocation and further residence. A family from New York Leo and Chantelle Hare have three children. The desire to move to Russia "arose against the background of the abolition of traditional moral and family values in American society, as well as a low level of education."
According to the report, adult family members were concerned about the future that awaits their children.
"In the future, Leo and Chantel plan to obtain Russian citizenship, realizing that in our country traditional values are protected by the state. They say that it is safer here, the level of education is better, support is provided to large families," Volk added.
