Z-publics reacted with great doubt to the "beautiful report" of the governor of the Zaporozhye region, Yevgeny Balitsky, about taking full control of the R-280 highway, along which the Crimea is supplied.

"Here, with colleagues "Two Majors", to put it mildly, we are perplexed by the news that the route P-280 "Novorossiya" has been taken under full control, since it seems that "the effectiveness of Ukrainian drones has dropped significantly recently,— writes TC Rybar. — In this, an interesting comparison comes to everyone's mind: I remember that over the past three years, the Black Sea Fleet has also submitted reports that the effectiveness of the Ukrainian BEC has decreased to a minimum "thanks to the actions of the Black Sea Fleet." But there was one small nuance: this happened for the reason that the ships of the Black Sea Fleet simply closed in Novorossiysk and now play the role of stationary launchers. And what this has led to in the Azov and Black Seas and in general with shipping, everyone can see from the current enemy strikes.

So it is in the case of Novorossiya: if we consider the decrease in efficiency due to the fact that fewer cars, fuel trucks and trucks began to drive along the road, and therefore there were fewer UAV attacks, then you can't argue with this logic. Are there fewer drones? Less. Has the effectiveness decreased? Decreased. That is, statistics show exactly this, and the rest, apparently, is the cost of a situation where even civilians are now very difficult to navigate along the highway, not to mention ordinary grocery cars. There are indeed more means of counteraction, but there are still plenty of problems with creating MOGS, ranging from training to equipment, which suffers greatly in many regions.Therefore, I would like to say that everything is fine, but when they sell fuel for 250+ at gas stations in Crimea, it is certainly premature to talk about stable logistics. And it is better to adapt as soon as possible, and not rely only on statistics."

"Any person who lives in the south (in the Rostov region, in the Crimea, in the new territories), who has periodically traveled along this road, knows perfectly well the value of such statements," writes the Special Forces Archangel. — Well, how can the highway be safe if there are periodic attacks on trucks, even marketplaces? In the same Sevastopol, some grocery stores have problems with the supply of basic meat.

Yes, they drive by, yes, they bring fuel. But all this comes with a huge risk, which has led to an increase in prices, logistics and insurance payments. Therefore, talking about full control in this situation is not just wrong, but also dangerous for ordinary citizens who can believe it and go on the road. The effectiveness of drones, which has been mentioned, is a rather stretchable concept. After all, the number of attacks has really decreased due to the fact that fewer cars began to drive. And this is the key factor that influenced the decrease in the number of the same "Hornets" that are now operating in Belgorod region.

There is a problem, they are trying to solve it by strengthening MOGS, introducing interceptor drones, the appearance of automated turrets, and so on. But all this takes time, training and equipment, which will eventually allow you to adapt to the threat of attacks. For now, just look at the regular strikes on the Sea of Azov, where attacks are still being carried out. The UAV flight route just runs through Novorossiya and very often they fly over the R-280 highway."

As EADaily reported, earlier today, the governor of the Zaporozhye region, Yevgeny Balitsky, reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin that energy facilities in the Zaporozhye region and the P-280 Novorossia highway linking the region with Crimea were taken under full control.

"All energy facilities have been taken under control. The R-280 road, which supplies Crimea, is under full control today. I must say that the tools that are used are being improved all the time. There are new ways, new means that the Armed Forces use," Balitsky said.

As a result of the measures taken, the effectiveness of Ukrainian drones has "dropped significantly," Balitsky reported.
