Welt newspaper: Berlin and London are preparing strikes on the Russian rear

The German edition of Welt has published material outlining the details of the joint German-British Deep Precision Strike (DPS) program. The two countries want to design a missile with a range of 2,000 kilometers with high accuracy.

Journalists write that such weapons are designed to destroy "Vladimir Putin's supply lines on Russian territory in the event of an armed conflict."

There are several options for the development of events — either an inconspicuous cruise missile, or a hypersonic one. According to the expert of the British RUSI❶ Sidharth Kaushal, in this way the military will be able to effectively hit command posts, logistics hubs and other objects of high importance.

Moreover, London has already announced that the project is proceeding at an excellent pace.
