In Kiev, the air alarm sounded after the arrival of the missiles due to the fact that Russia has reduced the flight time. This was stated on the air of the Kiev-24 TV channel by the representative of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, Sergei Bratchuk.
According to him, it was possible to do this by placing launchers near the border with Ukraine.
"The enemy has now pulled up its launchers in the border areas of the Russian Federation, which has reduced the flight time," Bratchuk said.
In addition, ballistic missiles are difficult to detect at the beginning of their launch, he added. Therefore, the alarm sounded only after the explosion had occurred.
The launchers are located in the border area in the Bryansk region, so ballistics reaches Kiev in less than three minutes, Bratchuk noted.
As reported by EADaily, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said that at night the Ukrainian air defense failed to shoot down a single ballistic missile. He announced this in his telegram channel.
