The Russian command is transferring troops to the Kursk region from Kaliningrad. This was stated by the head of the Lithuanian Defense Ministry Laurinas Kaschiunas, according to Radio Liberty***.
The Lithuanian minister said this during a conversation with the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
