The District Court of St. Petersburg has registered a civil lawsuit of a husband against his wife demanding to recover moral damages for repeated adultery. This was announced by the head of the joint press service of the city courts Daria Lebedeva in the telegram channel.
"The plaintiff indicates that the defendant's bad actions caused him moral and mental suffering, expressed in deep depression and severe stress," the report says.
At the same time, the amount of claims amounted to 984 thousand rubles, which somewhat surprised Lebedeva.
It turned out that initially the spouse demanded a million, but the defendant has already paid him 16 thousand rubles, about which there is a receipt.
"It also indicates the debt, which our deceived hero is now demanding through the court," Lebedeva concluded.
