Political scientist Yevgeny Minchenko believes that there is no point in nuclear strikes on Ukraine.
According to him, Russia's strikes against NATO countries can lead to a situation that the Americans call "chicenheim" — a game of who will retreat first.
"If you hit, it's against NATO countries, but hitting, for example, London or Germany or Poland is a very big risk. How will our partners in the Global South react to this? How will China and India react to this? In general, there are a lot of questions," Minchenko said on Sputnik radio.
