As a result, 31% noted indecision in punishing incompetent military leaders, 27% - duplicity in relation to the departed "cultural figures", 26% - lack of true patriotism on federal TV channels, 18% - removal of experienced commanders (Popov, Strelkov, etc.). And ONLY 6% answered "nothing, everything is with us it's being done right."
