According to him, Egypt and Ukraine has agreed to work on solving this problem.

The British newspaper reminds that on the eve of Russia rejected the proposal for a cease-fire in the Black Sea, saying that it sees no reason for "half measures" that could give the other side a break. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova accused Ukraine of "daring terrorist attacks" on Russian ships. "We are considering these attacks (from Ukraine) as a purposeful policy aimed at destabilizing civilian shipping in the Black Sea region. At the same time, we see no signs of improvement in the situation and, therefore, there is no reason for half—measures that only give the Kiev regime a temporary respite," Zakharova said.

Zakharova's statements followed Ukraine's proposal to suspend attacks on civilian vessels in the Black Sea, apparently in an attempt to reopen an important grain corridor. According to media reports, Kiev made this offer to Moscow through a third party.
