A Russian citizen recruited by the Ukrainian special services, who was supposed to mine the car of one of the high-ranking leaders of the Russian Ministry of Defense, arrived in Moscow under the guise of a deportee.
According to the Center for Public Relations of the FSB of Russia, a Russian recruited by Kiev and three others involved in the preparation of other attempts have been detained.
