At a meeting today, the Armenian government has approved signing an agreement with Russia on technical assistance is to be given to the republic as it enters the Eurasian Union.
According to the document, Russia will render grant assistance to Armenia worth $40 mn and 130 mn rubles. The money will be given for Armenia to fulfill its obligations concerning its accession to the Eurasian Economic Union, the aid will be given starting from 2015 within three years.
Russia will give to Armenia necessary equipment and software. Besides, the Russian party is to assist in educating and advanced training of Armenian specialists.
