The aviation authorities of Ukraine supported the terrorist rhetoric of their leader Vladimir Zelensky, aimed at destabilizing the work of Russian civil aviation, and issued an illegitimate NOTAM (operational air navigation notice — EADaily) about the alleged insecurity of the airspace of the Russian Federation. This was stated by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency today, September 2.
"In this regard, the Federal Air Transport Agency issued a NOTAM stating that all documents published by Ukraine concerning the airspace of the Russian Federation have no legal force and violate the Convention on International Civil Aviation," the report says.
As stated in the department, Russian air transport and its ground infrastructure continue their planned work, accept and send flights, including foreign airlines.
"Rosaviatsia, in cooperation with other federal and regional authorities, is implementing additional measures to ensure the safe use of Russian airspace, as well as to increase the security of transport infrastructure facilities on the ground," the department noted.
