Astronauts on the Orion spacecraft of the Artemis II mission saw the far side of the moon. They told about it in an interview with the BBC on April 5.
"Something in you says that this is not the Moon that you are used to seeing," said astronaut Christina Koch.
It is noted that as of 23.00 British Summer Time (21.00 Moscow time) on Saturday, on the online panel of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) it was indicated that the Artemis II spacecraft is located at a distance of more than 180 thousand miles (289 681 km) from Earth.
