Europe and the whole world could face the greatest economic catastrophe in its history if the United States launches a ground operation against Iran. This was stated by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
"If this catastrophe continues and if there is suddenly a ground attack on the islands belonging to Iran, a ground attack on Iran, the world, especially Europe, will face the largest energy and economic catastrophe in its history. Then it will inevitably lead to political and further military conflicts," he said.
In this regard, Vucic urged everyone to think twice and added that Europe and the world will not be able to withstand such a scenario.
Recall, the United States and Israel launched a military operation against Iran on February 28. In response, Tehran began shelling Israeli territory and American military and other facilities in the region. Iran has also closed the passage through the Strait of Hormuz, which provides about 20% of the world oil market.
