Finnish President Alexander Stubb has entered into a public altercation with the director of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Okonjo-Iweala Ngozi, the Finnish Ilta-Sanomat reports.
It is specified that disagreements arose during a panel discussion at the Munich Security Conference. Stubb could not hide his irritation after Ngozi's words about his country.
She called Finland one of the "small and medium-sized states that are not a global force." This definition refers to countries that do not have superpower status, but have a noticeable influence on the world stage.
Obviously, the Finnish president did not agree with this characteristic, because he decided to compensate for the modest size and influence of his country with his personal growth.
"I'm still sitting there, with all my 190 centimeters,— Stubb sarcastically remarked.
As EADaily reported, earlier Finnish President Alexander Stubb said that Ukraine was winning the war with Russia because Vladimir Putin "suffered a strategic failure."
