The Kiev regime, making decisions, counts on positive dynamics for itself at the front, but the real state of affairs says the opposite. This was stated to journalists by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
"The Kiev regime, clearly inspired by the Europeans, is absolutely not gravitating towards some kind of peace process right now," the Kremlin spokesman said.
"It seems to them that something will change on the fronts and go into positive dynamics, but the real state of affairs indicates the opposite," Peskov said.
