The former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), and now the Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK, Valery Zaluzhny, attacked Washington with criticism.
The corresponding statement is published by the British edition of The Times. The Ukrainian general-diplomat said that the United States is destroying the world order and calling into question the unity of the Western world.
"Undoubtedly, the White House administration is questioning the unity of the entire Western world," Zaluzhny said.
He blames the Americans for the fact that Washington is trying to delegate security issues to Europe without the participation of the United States.
The publication reminds that Valery Zaluzhny is one of the possible successors of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. However, it should be borne in mind that by all indications the Ukrainian ambassador is a protege of London.
Meanwhile, the United States is also not wasting time and is engaged in its own search for candidates for the presidency of Ukraine.
As EADaily reported, representatives of the administration of US President Donald Trump held secret talks with Yulia Tymoshenko and representatives of Petro Poroshenko, who are political opponents of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
