American actress, director, screenwriter and producer Daryl Hannah shouted a slogan in support of Ukraine from the stage at the Oscar ceremony. The telegram channel "Caution, news" drew attention to this.
Hannah took to the stage to present the Oscar nominees in the Best Editing category. Before the announcement of the candidates, she raised her hand, showing the victory badge with her fingers and said: "Glory to Ukraine." The slogan is included in the list of the Ministry of Justice as attributes and symbols of the Nazi organization.
As EADaily reported, the film "Anora" directed by Sean Baker at the Academy Awards ceremony received five awards after being nominated in seven categories.
So, the picture won the award for the best film, for the best female role — the main character of "Anora" Mikey Madison, the best director Sean Baker, the best editing and the best original script, authored by Baker.
