Residents of Kiev need to stock up on generators, extension cords and fuel to survive the winter. Sergey Flash, a communications expert, writes about this in his telegram channel.
"All officials say: people of Kiev, get ready, this winter will be the hardest, but no one goes beyond general phrases. What awaits us in winter (at the moment)... The temperature in the apartments will be +5 + 10 (depending on the weather). Attempts to be heated with electricity will lead to an overload of networks and shutdown schedules (every few hours)," the expert writes in his telegram channel.
He assumes that there will be no hunger, there will be fuel and, apparently, water.
Flash advises Kiev residents to stock up on generators, extension cords and fuel. For those who have cottages with stoves or relatives in the villages, he recommends thinking about a "backup option."
