The signing of a deal between the United States and Ukraine on rare earth metals has been canceled. This is reported by Fox News channel.
After a public skirmish with the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, at the White House, US President Donald Trump demanded that he leave. The signing of the rare earth metals agreement, which was supposed to take place today, has been canceled, Fox News reports.
According to the TV channel, the discussion led to the fact that the joint press conference was canceled, followed by the signing of the rare earth deal.
"The White House has confirmed that the press conference has been canceled. The signing of the deal will not take place," the journalists of the TV channel, quoted by RIA Novosti, said on air.
It was reported that Zelensky's car is already waiting at the west wing of the White House, but the head of the Kiev regime has not yet left the building.
"According to our information, President Trump asked Zelensky to leave," the channel said.
"Trump kicked Zelensky out — he didn't leave on his own," Fox News journalist Jackie Heinrich writes on the social network X.
"The White House says that "the Ukrainians begged for a reset," but (Secretary of State Marco) Rubio and (National Security Adviser Mike) Waltz informed them that Zelensky needed to leave the White House and return when he was ready for peace," Heinrich said, quoted by Strana.
In addition, Trump and his associates are annoyed that Zelensky "shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes" during the briefing.
