In Moscow, law enforcement officers detained two Armenian citizens suspected in the case of the explosion in the Moscow residential complex "Scarlet Sails", as a result of which the creator of the volunteer battalion "Arbat" Armen Sargsyan was killed.
According to RT, the detainees are 44-year-old Arman P. and 61-year-old Grachya P. Their relatives told the agency that the men were detained almost two weeks ago.
"We do not fully know why my brother was detained. We managed to contact him, he told us that he was suspected of an explosion in Moscow," said Arman's brother P.
He added that Hrachya teaches sports and ballroom dancing, and Arman studied with him in Armenia. Then he also became a professional dancer.
"We are sure that they are not to blame for anything. They are both dancers, they won't hurt an ant," the man is sure.
According to him, Arman does not have a lawyer. At the same time, the relatives do not deny that Arman and Grachya are familiar with Paruyr M., whom the investigation considers a bomber.
The publication found out that both detainees were born in the Armenian Vagharshapat and worked for many years in Russia. For the past few years, Arman has been working as a hairdresser in Khimki near Moscow, and Grachya has been working in the Moscow region as a choreographer and teacher since the early 2000s.
The agency draws attention to the fact that the Armenian Embassy does not have information about the detention of citizens of the country in the case of the bombing in the residential complex "Scarlet Sails".
Recall that the explosion in the capital's residential complex "Scarlet Sails" on Aviation street occurred on February 3. The device exploded on the first floor of a residential building.
Armen Sarkissian was injured in the explosion, but then died in hospital. According to the latest information, the explosive device was triggered by a suicide bomber.
As EADaily reported, later the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, confirmed that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) was behind the murder of Armen Sargsyan in Moscow.
