Abkhazia is waiting for the second round of presidential elections — public

Badra Gunba did not get the necessary 50% of the votes in the presidential elections, so the republic is waiting for the second round of elections. These are the preliminary calculations given by the public, including those that support Gunba.

Badra Gunba: 47%

Adgur Ardzinba: 36%.

EADaily reported that the CEC intends to announce the preliminary results of the presidential elections in Abkhazia on February 16 at 12.00.

100 people from 25 countries came to the elections in Abkhazia as observers. They did not record any violations affecting the voting process. The Prosecutor's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Abkhazia also reported that they had not received any complaints about violations.
