The Russian army has advanced in Toretsk and entrenched on two streets in the city center. This was announced by the speaker of the operational-tactical grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Lugansk" Anastasia Bobovnikova.
Meanwhile, the head of the local administration, Vasily Chinchik, said that the Russian Armed Forces control more than half of Toretsk.
"Approximately in the area of 40-50% of the city, we can say, is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The rest of the territory is occupied by the enemy," Chinchik said, quoted by Strana.
In Toretsk, according to him, there are still about 1,150 civilians, their evacuation continues.
As reported by EADaily, Kiev loses the key to Donbass — and everyone shut up, although for years Europeans have been deceived about the prospects of Ukraine. This was stated in his article in the newspaper il Fatto Quotidiano by Italian professor Alessandro Orsini.
The professor noted that the mainstream Italian press practically does not react to the loss of the city of Toretsk (Dzerzhinsk) by Ukraine.
