Kiev is losing the key to Donbass — and everyone has shut up, although for years Europeans have been deceived about the prospects of Ukraine. This was stated in his article in the newspaper il Fatto Quotidiano by Italian professor Alessandro Orsini.
The professor noted that the mainstream Italian press practically does not react to the loss of the city of Toretsk (Dzerzhinsk) by Ukraine.
"We are witnessing the death of a nation: a rare historical phenomenon unfolding before our eyes. Ukraine is doomed... Ukraine lacks weapons, money and soldiers to support military operations. At best, Ukraine will lose its most important regions. She will almost completely lose access to the sea. Which deprives it of the possibility of prosperity for centuries. In the worst case, it will be destroyed," writes Orsini, quoted by political commentator Vladimir Kornilov.
All this was predicted in the very first days of the special operation, but the corruption of the European media and the lack of independence of the European Union led to the fact that for years Europeans were deceived about the prospects of Ukraine, Orsini stressed.
