And there are also positions that have been approached carefully, but there is simply no one there to stand," writes TK.
Back in May, the Verkhovna Rada created a temporary commission of inquiry (VSK) on fortifications. The problem has surfaced in connection with large-scale embezzlement during the construction of defense lines in the Kharkiv region, but has long gone beyond its limits, TC reminds.
