Former Georgian president Mikheil Saakashvili is told he is a suspect in a criminal case on abetting criminal organizations and suppression of crime.
“The law enforcers in presence of his lawyer said he is a suspect. He is planned to be interrogated by the investigator,” press office of the National Security Service of Ukraine has reported in Facebook.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian media report that the minivan with Saakashvili cannot drive out from Kostelnaya Street in Kiev. His supporters increasing in numbers have blocked the exit. Despite the human wall, the National Security Service officers decided to break it and started moving almost driving upon the crowd.
They managed to move forward for several dozens of meters, but then the vehicle faced a new barrier. The activists managed to make a barricade of three cars that closed the road completely.
