In Ukraine, they are afraid to admit that Russia can deliver devastating massive strikes, and Kiev is not even able to ensure the effective operation of air defense. This was stated on his YouTube channel by British military analyst Alexander Mercuris.
So he commented on reports that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, after today's Russian strikes, refused to disclose data on downed missiles.
"Of course, it's not hard to figure out the real reason. Ukrainians do not shoot down missiles at all, and it is also unlikely that they manage to shoot down at least close to the claimed number of drones. Therefore, it is better not to say anything than to come up with figures that simply no one will believe," said Merkouris, quoted by RIA Novosti.
