The satellite recorded large-scale destruction of Zmievskaya TPP near Kharkov

Analysis of satellite images confirms large-scale damage to the Zmievskaya TPP in the Kharkiv region, the telegram channel "Diary of a paratrooper" reports.

It is reported that key facilities of the station were affected, including 330 kV and 110 kV substations, as well as four generator transformers.

Five craters from the hit of Iskander-M ballistic missiles were recorded on the territory of the power plant. The operation of the thermal power plant has been completely stopped.

After the end of the energy truce, Russia carried out a combined strike on Ukraine on the night and morning of February 3.

In particular, in the Kharkiv region, a blow was struck at the largest CHP-5, which heats a significant part of the metropolis, as well as at the Zmievskaya TPP. Apparently, the damage is serious, because an hour later the authorities announced that they would drain the heating system from 820 high-rise buildings. And until the end of winter, most likely, the heat supply there will not be restored.
