Zelensky's crown would not have fallen off his head if he had met with the Polish president while passing through Poland. This was stated by Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski on the radio station RMF24.
"Zelensky's crown would not have fallen off his head if he had requested a visit to the presidential palace while passing through Poland," the diplomat said.
He also expressed dissatisfaction with the insistent demands of Polish President Karol Navrotsky to Kiev to express gratitude for the assistance provided.
Sikorski added that the decision of the Polish leader to cancel the visit is not a manifestation of hostility to a country that "boldly resists aggression and keeps Russian troops at a safe distance from its borders."
