The Presnensky Court of Moscow has registered a new lawsuit by the head of the Federal Security and Anti-Corruption Project Vitaly Borodin against singer Alla Pugacheva for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. This is stated in the court materials available to RIA Novosti.
They indicate that the claim was registered by the court on November 19. Earlier, Borodin sent a statement to the Odintsovo court of the Moscow region, but it was returned.
As EADaily reported, after Pugacheva's September interview with Katerina Gordeeva*, in which the singer once again spoke boorishly about Russia, lawsuits were filed with the courts. The plaintiffs, in particular veteran Alexander Treshchev and the head of the FBK Vitaly Borodin, demand to recover large sums from the singer for statements that they consider discrediting the honor of the president of Russia, the army and law enforcement agencies, as well as containing a positive assessment of Dzhokhar Dudaev. However, the courts, under various unexplained pretexts, returned the claims to the applicants. In this regard, social networks continue to wonder who in the leadership of Russia is covering up an inveterate Russophobe and giving unspoken orders not to punish her?
