Six G7 countries are not ready to work with Russia within the framework of the G8. This was stated at a press conference following the G20 summit in Johannesburg German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
"It is well known that (the president) Donald Trump still considers Russia's exclusion from the G8 format to be a mistake. This decision was then made in the G8 with the consent of the Americans, and if something needs to change, then it can only be decided by everyone who is in the G7 today. And now I don't see that the six current members of the G7, who are not the United States, would be willing to re—admit Russia to this circle," Merz said, quoted by RIA Novosti.
Recall that Trump's peace plan involves the return of the G8 format with the participation of Russia.
As reported by EADaily, Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Goncharenko❶ published all the points of the peace plan of US President Donald Trump presented to the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky today. He outlined them in his telegram channel.
