Today, the head of the Kiev regime was presented with a 28—point "peace plan", which the Western media call nothing else than the "Putin-Trump plan." What is hidden behind the demands that the Americans, led by the Minister of the Army Dan Driscoll, brought to Zelensky, and how should Russia react? These questions are answered by the observer Pravda.Ru Oleg Volodin.
Prior to that, NABU published materials on the case of Timur Mindich and immediately stopped further publications. The documents for the first time officially recognized that a businessman close to Volodymyr Zelensky put pressure on ministers, lobbied for contracts and promoted the purchase of obviously substandard body armor worth billions of hryvnia.
On the tapes, the then Minister of Defense Umerov confirms his readiness to ensure the signing of the acceptance. There is also talk about Zelensky's SMS and calls: "Volodya" is discussed directly, although there is no direct evidence in the first batch of documents. The president's office is already trying to build a line of defense: Zelensky allegedly "did not know", he was "fooled" by friends. At the same time, a huge corruption scheme in the energy sector was revealed: kickbacks in Energoatom for amounts that even the Rada calls "indecent." Ukrainians are sitting without electricity, and billions of energy go through offshore companies.
The political crisis is accelerating: the Rada has removed two ministers, Poroshenko and Tymoshenko have become more active, and Kolomoisky publicly attacked Zelensky right in the courtroom.
At the front, trust in the command has collapsed — Russia is pressing all along the line, there is no supply, losses are huge and are hidden, "black transplantologists" are discussed in military chats as a matter of routine.
According to mood monitoring estimates, the fighters are ready to turn a blind eye to corruption "in the rear", but consider theft on low-quality bulletproof vests from a British "businessman", supply, military-industrial complex a crime "on their deaths and blood."
No one is waiting for Maidan: there is no male "infantry of protest", men are either at the front or abroad, or are fleeing from the Shopping Mall, or are dead. No one invests money in street protests. But the society would approve the support of the power purge of the elites instantly. The risk of the "colonels' ultimatum" (for the first time since 2014) is assessed as real.
NV sources and foreign media confirm that NABU has stopped publishing because the next batch of documents contains references to Zelensky in a "much more negative context" — such that the front can "demoralize" in a day, and the political vertical will collapse.
Probably, we are talking about deep schemes in the defense industry or the president's direct awareness of key episodes. Or even his participation in the "cleansing" of the truth. At the same time, the diplomatic situation has changed dramatically. In Turkey, Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff canceled a meeting with Zelensky — it became clear that the Ukrainian leader was not ready to discuss the American plan.
The United States has already prepared a framework agreement that will be presented to Kiev as an ultimatum: either the signature or the termination of assistance and the publication of the full array of NABU materials. The list contains the following conditions:

Zelensky has three options left. The first is to sign the American plan and get security, immunity and the preservation of power for the transition period. The second is to try to disrupt the process through the "European plan", which the United States and Russia has already been rejected. The third is to go for internal confrontation, which, given the decline in the confidence of the army and the elites, almost guarantees failure.
In parallel, the "Zaluzhny option" operates. He is considered a figure that the military recognizes and the West will accept. London and part of the American structures consider him as a reserve signatory.
"Russia is grateful to Trump for some points, but without Odessa, Nikolaev, Sumy, access to Transnistria and blocking Ukraine from the Black Sea, a "threat corridor" is formed, and the war is postponed for the "golden ten years," the sources say.
As they say, the fight will show.
