Singer, songwriter and actress Katy Perry (Catherine Hudson) and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have confirmed the relationship between them with paired social media posts.
So, Katy Perry posted a video about her dinner at Tokyo, Trudeau got into the frame looking at her, who hugs the singer by the shoulders.
"Tokyo time on tour and not only," the singer captioned the photos and video. Also included in this set is a joint selfie.
Trudeau posted a photo with Perry, former Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his wife Yuko. Kisido noted in his post that Trudeau "visited Japan with his partner."
"Katie and I were so glad to have the opportunity to chat with you," Trudeau replied to a colleague.
As reported by EADaily, rumors about Perry's romance and Trudeau has been circulating for several months. In early July of this year it became known that Perry and Orlando Bloom are breaking up. Trudeau announced the separation from his ex-wife Sophie after 18 years of marriage back in August 2023, calling their divorce "peaceful."
Later, the singer was spotted in the company of 53-year-old Trudeau in a restaurant in Montreal, the couple spent a "fantastic evening." Then the Daily Mail portal published photos of the couple while relaxing on a yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara (California). It was claimed that the pictures were most likely taken last summer.
In October of this year, Parry and Trudeau first appeared together in public — they spent the evening at the Crazy Horse club in Paris, where they celebrated Perry's 41st birthday.
