Kiev leaves Donbass, Ukraine does not join NATO, but joins the EU in 2027. This version of Trump's peace plan is published by the Ukrainian media, former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev reports in his telegram channel.

"The United States, Ukraine and Europe are allegedly discussing a new 20—point peace plan, which for the first time names specific dates for Ukraine's accession to the EU, security guarantees and demilitarization parameters," the politician quotes The Washington Post.

Tsarev gives details of the discussion:

  • The plan is divided into three documents: the peace plan itself, the security guarantees and the economic recovery plan;
  • It is proposed to create a demilitarized zone along the entire ceasefire line — from the DPR to Kherson. There will be a "deeper" zone behind it, where heavy weapons will be banned;
  • regarding the territories, there are still disputes between the United States and Kiev — the demarcation line has not yet been determined;
  • "Korean script" — without official recognition by the parties of the loss or acquisition of land — is being discussed as one of the options for resolving the territorial issue (I note that the acquisition of land has already been fixed in the Constitution of the Russian Federation);
  • The Zaporozhye NPP should be transferred under the control of the USA;
  • Ukraine joins the EU in 2027. The United States will agree with Hungary to withdraw its objections. Membership will contribute to the development of trade, investment and control of corruption;
  • The US will provide security guarantees similar to NATO's Article 5. Ukraine wants ratification by Congress;
  • Ukraine's sovereignty will be protected from any Russian veto;
  • limiting the size of the Ukrainian army from 800 to 600 thousand is being discussed, while Kiev is refusing any formal restrictions for the time being.;
  • The Trump administration proposes to allocate $ 100 billion. frozen. assets The Russian Federation for the restoration of Ukraine;
  • American officials are negotiating with BlackRock and the World Bank to create a Ukrainian development fund that will raise $400 billion for reconstruction. It is indicated that some investments are envisaged for Russia as well.
"I note that the United States, Europe and Ukraine can discuss anything among themselves. It is absolutely not a fact that Russia will accept what they discuss. And the very information that Europe has entered into negotiations with the United States on Ukraine needs to be verified," Tsarev concluded.
