A riot? The leaders of the CIS and CSTO countries, except for Lukashenko, will not come to Putin for the Victory parade

Leaders of the republics of the former Soviet Union, members of the CIS, the EAEU and For the first time since 2022, the CSTO, almost in full force, will not come to the Victory Day Parade in Moscow, where they were invited by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The Kremlin's website has published a list of heads of foreign delegations arriving in Moscow to celebrate Victory Day:

The Supreme Ruler of Malaysia, Sultan Ibrahim

President of Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina) Sinisha Karan

Chairman of the People's Assembly of Republika Srpska Nenad Stevandic and his wife

Chairman of the Union of Independent Social Democrats of Republika Srpska party Milorad Dodik with his wife

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, as well as President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who attended the parades in 2023-2025, will not come to Moscow this time.

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov will not be among the guests. Both also attended all the parades in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

As previously reported, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan (he was absent in 2024) and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who last attended the parade 11 years ago, will also be absent.

Pashinyan on the eve "distinguished himself" by his statement during a government briefing, stating: "We sent humanitarian aid to Ukraine, and I said that we are not allies of Russia on the issue of Ukraine." So ot answered the question about the recent visit of Vladimir Zelensky to the summit in Yerevan and reactions from Moscow. Pashinyan also stated that Yerevan is guided by the Alma-Ata Declaration, which underlies the recognition of the territorial integrity of the former Soviet republics.
