According to the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Dushanbe, a 45-year-old citizen has twice been brought to administrative responsibility for doing fortune-telling, which is a prohibited activity in Tajikistan.
This time she was caught on the fact that "abusing feelings and religious beliefs, she committed sexual acts with young men who turned to her."
